Streaming Youtube Videos with VLC – Speed Up Playback and Fix Full Screen Stutter
In this video I show you how to use VLC to watch youtube video files *while they are downloading*. Normally when you try to open the files with VLC, you will have to wait until the file is downloaded before anything happens. Using this method you can play the videos as they are downloading, in full screen or whatever. The biggest feature of this method is that YOU CAN SPEED UP THE PLAYBACK....
