Digital Channels Help?

After the DTV transition in June, I lost a few channels. The only channels that I really want are CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX (and possibly PBS). I have CBS, NBC, and ABC but I can’t seem to get the other two. I live in a suburb of Philadelphia and my antenna is right above my TV. Anyone know a way to get all the channels? OK so i got cable from Time Warner Cable in late 2006. Its basic cable that i pay 15 dollars for and it doesn’t a cable box. I just hook up the cable from the wall to my tv and it works. We dont use an antenna we get our cable from the street. I use a TV that is old and doesnt have a digital tuner . In February 2009 when we move over to digital will i have to get a cable box?
