Should I signup for Digital Cable?
I live in SoCal and have Time Warner Cable. I created an account recently for “MyServices” online the other day which allowed me to view exactly that. And as I was reviewing it I noticed that right now we are paying for Standard Cable but it gives me the option so switch to Digital Cable and by doing so after calculating it I would actually save 20 bucks a month. local chicago channels disappeared after digital conversion?
I’m in Chicago and I’ve had all the required transition equipment for months – the converter box and a new amplified antenna. Digital Channels Help?
After the DTV transition in June, I lost a few channels. The only channels that I really want are CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX (and possibly PBS). I have CBS, NBC, and ABC but I can’t seem to get the other two. I live in a suburb of Philadelphia and my antenna is right above my TV. Anyone know a way to get all the channels? Thanks for the help!

DTV Antenna? Will a VHF antenna work, or does it have to be a special digital antenna?
OK, I do have digital cable, but in my room, I just use the areal on the roof to get the standard 3 channels. Can someone tell me why digital cable is better than what comcast had before?
I have had NOTHING BUT trouble with my digital cable transition and its been a year since they made us transfer everything over to digital. I have a three-ish year old tv. It is a Panasonic (model: FLM 1511). I was wondering why it did not pick up any HDTV channels when I found out that it only has a NTSC tuner. I currently have RCA ( UHF +VHF) rabbit ears connected to my PC through a Hauppage WinTV HVR-1800 (Model 78xx, Combo ATSC/QAM) TV Tuner.
