just as on any windows, download a virtual clonedrive or deamon tools and mount the file. then your pc thinks its a dvd-rom and you can install

Took me awhile but finally got it working
No problems with extracting the files, etc. and the game runs without any problems.
If you are running the game on Windows Vista and having problems, right click the .exe and select Run as Administrator; this often solves any launching problems that may occur on Vista.
