    @Bobster986
you will no longer find any support from Adobe. They moved all of their tech support to India to save a buck.

    Former PS tech for them.

What version of premier did you make the file on? and what is the file extension read?

Also what happened in between “opening” these projects? Is the file on the same com or a different one?

Most things don’t just happen, and if they did you may have bigger problems then just a file not opening.

  17. Bobster986 says:

Yes, I did, and it worked out great, thanks!

  18. dvmovie says:

I try to do lots of “Save As” for backups… because it’s happened to me a few times. Hopefully you have some backups in the Premiere Project Auto Save folder. Have you looked for those?

  19. Bobster986 says:

I just tried to open a project, and it said “Project maybe damaged, cannot open” I called Adobe, they forward me to someone in India, and they were no help. Is there anything I can do to say my work. Thanks!

  20. biobldrj says:

@dvmovie thanks I found out about the luma key after an hour searching it all

  21. dvmovie says:

You should be able to open all the windows ( or “panels”) from the Windows options in the top menus. Not sure about the luma key?? Check Help Menus or Adobe’s Knowledge Base for Premiere.

  22. biobldrj says:

In the the project box I accidentally hit the little x in the editing tab, how do I get it back? and also how do I make the editing tools work because when i use luma key it doesnt let me control were to put it.

  23. dvmovie says:

Don’t know about the film-burn in After Effects. Export in mp2 for DVD’s. YouTube takes up to 2 gigs now, so you can upload with avi files. Or mp4 or wmv with a high quality setting.

  24. jonnydood says:

Do you know how to save the movies so theyll look good on youtube and on DVDs and do u know how to do a film burn effect in after effects 6.5
