    Windows 7? Meh.

GoldWave, Opera, VirtualDub Media Player Classic and Exact Audio Copy come to mind as some very thought out, cheap/free quality software.

what kind of dvd ripping softeware do u use or recomend,( preferebly) free?

  14. zoemayne says:

responsive ie if you press the stop button while loading pages firefox will stop trying to load the page faster.

  15. colintx800 says:

Windows 7 don’t let you sort out folders in the order you want ( SORT BY NONE ) Even vista had that ??
Why would they remove such a simple but useful feature? I have hundreds of files & it’s a nightmare trying to sort them out in windows 7. XP lets you sort out files/folders in any order you want.

    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Eset Smart Security 4 Business Edition
    Winamp Pro

    That’s my favorite software

  17. Gin132456 says:

maybe if you bought the thing instead of torrenting it it would work right…>.>

  18. MusicMyGod says:

BitDefender is not bad, but doesn’t it drag a lot on your resource, sort of like kaspersky?
I prefer Norton 2010. It use way less system resource, and it’s antivirus and firewalls are also very good!

  19. constantgamer247 says:

Common use for IE? Downloading firefox!

  20. thejapanesechallenge says:

Windows 7 and Sony Vegas are great for sure, but I much prefer other choices. My favorite software is:

#1: Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6). Awesome OS, blows everything else out of the water in my opinion.

#2: Final Cut Pro. Love it.

#3: Safari. I prefer it to any other choice of browser.

I didn’t have a backup software choice because it’s included in Snow Leopard.

  21. fragdeath1337 says:

    How do you mean responsive?

Opera loads pages faster than both chrome and firefox

  22. ChaosRender says:

@Connactt I’ve had no issues with win7 64-bit and i use vent and have got ff7 and older games running, you must be haveing some hardware issues?

  23. jdwn67 says:

i think he is saying both

  24. newclear93 says:

My list would be: windows 7, Avast!, GOM player and PS CS4… By the way, is that an Ikari in the background?

  25. aceftw02 says:

@Connactt I’ve never had a single problem with Windows 7. Are you sure you’re not running it in safe mode? Is the monitor plugged in? Are you over the age of 3? All of these are critical things to take into consideration.
