There are converters available to plug into outlets. Look for a a Best Buy or Radio Shack or other electronics store.
you need an international converter, found in travel stores, specialty stores, electronics stores, and some general merchandise stores like RadioShack, Best Buy, Brookstone, and Sharper Image. However, most if not all converters are for small appliances only. So check the wattage on the converter.
you can use it anywhere provided that the socket for the charging is the same volts
