Will dirty vcr heads affect a recording of a vcr?
May 29, 2010 by: nickadminThe heads on my VCR need to be cleaned and because of it only the sound works when i play a tape. But, i needed to tape the world series and didnt have time to clean it. Will that affect the video on the tape or will ti still show up?
i havnt tried playing it cause i still havnt gotten a chance to clean it so i know the video will not show up anyway.
Yes, even if it records, how are you going to watch it.
Time to move up to a DVR, or a a DVD recorder.
dirty heads wont record or playback properly
