Video cameras… what are video heads.. and what to do?
I have a samsung dv video camera.. and when i playback video on the lcd the vision is choppy. the paper that came with the thing said this could be due to a dirty video head or something… BUT WHERE IS THE VIDEO HEAD? WHERE IS IT LOCATED? DOES ANYONE KNOW. TELL ME.. DESCRIBE IT TO ME. and how do you clean it? etc. thanx.

If i have video capture software, do i HAVE to have the capture device?
I have an easycap capture card and Ulead VideoStudio, but i was wondering if i could bypass the capture card itself. Could i, or is there anyway, to say… plug my Xbox 360 via HDMI into my computer, and connect the computer also via HDMI to my tv and still record it with JUST the VideoStudio software? The reason i ask is cause i would like a better quality video than the crap the little device...
