What’s a good digital camera for great video recording?

I need something that:
has good picture quality
has good video quality
has portable size
is easy to use with youtube
not too expensive.

    Not too expensive – then i would recommend the HF200 or HF20 both are really good except HF20 which costs $50 more and come with 32 gb inbuilt flash memory(not Internal Hard Drive).
