Where can I find a free VIDEO screen capture program with a zoom feature?

What I am looking for is a FREE VIDEO screen capture program that will zoom while I am recording. I have seen some that will zoom, but not while I am recording something. Usually you have to choice your zoom area before you start recording and that’s fine, but I need one that will zoom in while I am making my presentation. Anyone know of good one and that also does not lag?
