what is the best video-dvd converter available for purchase?

i am looking for a video-to-dvd converter which produces a high quality output and has a fast conversion rate. any suggestions please? thank you very much.

    if the videos you are converting are things like avi, mpeg, flv, and are converting to play in a stand alone dvd player, the best thing to do that is convertxtodvd

    I personally use ultimate DVD + Video converter suite.
    It works very well

    Convert video to DVD .vob or .avi file and use your DVD Burner to burn it to a DVD.
