What is a good program to be able record streaming video from the internet?

I’m looking for a program that would enable me to record streaming video from the internet. Not like a youtube downloader or anything like that. I’m wanting to record video streams like webcasts and stuff like ustream shows. Does anyone have any idea what program would enable me to do this?

You should try to use total screen recorder. it is a desktop recorder and video capture software.
